CDROM's not auto starting when inserted into drive

I dont know if i have touched something, but now when i put a cd into my dvd or rw drive it doesnt automatically start, i have to go into my computer and select the files i want....what must i do to rectify this problem!!!

My Computer>Properties>Device Manager>highlight your CD-ROM drive>Properties>Enable Auto Insert Notification.

Might as well enable DMA if not already checked.
