catcher.hk - OK or dodgy?

I've just received an email with what is supposed to be a link to a postcard "from a family member".
As usual I check the message source for any clues when I get anything like this.
However there is nothing, one way or the other to help me decide.
We have friends on holiday at the moment so it just could be legit.
I've tried to look at the parent site indicated in the address of the link, but get no web page, which reinforces my suspicions.

Any knowledge of this site would be helpful.
Many thanks
John

Also seems dodgy to me, If you google for catcher.hk you get the following

Movimiento Masa Argentina Chile-PerĂº
- [ Translate this page ]
Your family member has sent you an ecard from catcher.hk. Send free ecards from catcher.hk with your choice of colors, words and music. ...

I would not advise anyone to go to catcher.hk as this will happen.... click here (notice the 'Microsoft' download bar;-))

Many thanks Gandalf and Fingees.
My suspicions were obviously well founded.
