I have been using Internet security professional edition since 2003. I have recently renewed my subscription since when I can't connect to the internet ( to send this message I have disabled Norton). problem 1 how can I clear the block and 2 how can I contact symantec. They seem unwilling to enable any contact.

Check that your Firewall is not blocking the connection.
