Can't uninstall IE7

IE7 doesn't appear in 'add/remove' programs even with 'show updates' enabled. I want to temporarily revert back to IE6 and then install IE7 again.

I'm having a problem getting to some websites and have freezes and 'waiting for click here to open' The missing IE7 file 'corruption' could possibly be causing of it. Thanks for any help you can provide me. ( WinXP SP3 and IE7.0.5370.13 is installed.) TC.

You could try .Tools.Internet Options.Advanced.And press reset. This resets IE7 back to its original state..

get back to here. I'm afraid IE7 is still not listed so I cannot uninstall it. :o( TC.

Why not upgrade to IE 8? It is very good and has more to offer.

Tried IE8 but it removed my handy list of URLs from the EditUrls software. TC.

Here you can uninstall IE7 and 8 if you have similar problems to mine. Thanks for your responses guys - IE7 is now listed in A/R programs. TC.
