Can't uninstall

  jason.p 20:22 29 Aug 2008

I recently installed software for a mobile phone, but there seems to be a problem recognising the phone, so I am trying to uninstall it through the add or remove in the control panel, and keep getting a "severe" warning box saying:
Internal error, failed to copy emos.ini.
Can anyone plese explain what this is, and how can I uninstall this program.
I've tried system restore, but this never seems to work. This is with XP home

You could try uninstalling using Revo uninstaller, when you are asked if you want to restart your computer, do NOT re-start at that point, Revo will then continue. When you are given the option to Select All and to Delete, Do so! After clicking on Finish, re-start your computer.
