Hi Guys, I hope you experts can help me. This problem started about a week ago.
My main ISP is BT and I also use Virgin as another email address(they were my previous ISP)I understand you can have more than one email address and this has worked fine until a week ago.
I have no problem with BT but I can't send or receive emails through Virgin.
I contacted BT who informed me that as the problem is with Virgin, they should sort it out.
I then contacted Virgin who want £50/£85 before they even look at the problem
I have tried all sorts of "clicking on various settings" but I don't know whether or not I have made things better or worse!!!
So I am hoping one (or more) of you experts can help.
I am at my wits end !!!!!!!!!
