Copy & Paste into a new email.

If it's in the text body of the email then just delete them. If it's in the email headers the usually a new set of headers are generated when you forward it because it is treated as a new email as far as the system is concerned.

Go with rawprawn, higlight the the contents only of the e-mail and Right click and copy. Open your e-mail and then click in the blank part of the mail (where you type) and then right click and paste

If you initially Forward an e-mail, you can Delete as much or as little of the other recipients' addresses and other information or text as you wish before Sending the finished article.

Best way is to highlight the unwanted portions and Delete.

Many thanks for the response to my query, it works ok with text but if one wishes to transfer text together with pictures in the text it wont work copying and pasting.
