Can't install Adobe Flash Player update

  sky121 11:36 25 Aug 2010

Hi, I haven't been able to install the Adobe Flash Player update (not sure which version but I guess it's 10.1), I get a message that says, 'an error has occurred, unable to install the update, ensure you are connected to the internet and try again'. It happened before in the past but I tried a second time a week later when the notification reappeared and I managed to install it ok. This time I already tried twice but I'm still getting the same error message. Could it be a problem their end with their server?? I managed to install it ok in my work computer this morning. Don't know what to do, help please? Many thanks.

Whenever I change Flash versions I always uninstall the old one first,

You should be able to download the new version OK,

I have never had to uninstall any previously installed versions first but you could try it as suggested by mooly
