haven't been able to access my e-mail through outlook express since yesterday afternoon(different error message).it's not just me that's affected and sky are looking into it WITH MICROSOFT apparently. e-mail can still be accessed through the sky website. odd that it happened after i installed the windows updates.
I am in the same boat exactly as pcrookie. My error message is Error no. 0x800CCC0F.
A friend had the same problem with Sky this morning.
I've changed my incoming (POP3) server name from:"pop.tools.sky.com" to "pop.googlemail.com"That's worked for me - give it a go, hope it helps.
