Can't get back into Trade doubler site... 10:21 27 Oct 2006

I opened an acount with Trade Doubler some time ago. If I go to the site now, I enter my user name and ask for a password reminder. As usual, it sends an E-mail with a link to a page that lets you change the password. I have done this in the past.

Since changing to IE7 this page comes up blank, with 'done' in the status bar. Something is stopping the content being shown.

I have made sure cookies are enabled and that it is deleted from the 'restricted sites' but cannot open the page. Any ideas?

Cheers, Whiz...

Try tools--internet options--privacy tab--sites tab. Type address and click allow tab. 10:41 27 Oct 2006

I'm on firefox now and seems ok. Try this link if it's the right one. click here 12:38 27 Oct 2006

It's the page to update the password that come up blank. They send a link in an email, the window opens, and that's as far as it gets.

There should be a form to enter a revised password into, but it doesn't apear. 23:10 27 Oct 2006

The fault might be at their end. I notice the link will expire after 15 mins anyway.
Suggest you send an email to them with your problem.
