Hi...I have just added an extra hard drive as a slave to give me more space but when I have deleted all the programs on it I find there is 6.8 gb still on that can't be found as a file to remove. Is this something that has to stay on the drive or can it be removed somehow please?
thanks...

Possibly it is the difference between how disk manufacturers and Windows
define a Gb, disk manufacturers classify a Gb as 1,000,000,000 bytes
whereas Window defines a Gb as 1,073,741,842 bytes. So
80,000,000,000 divided by 1,073,741,842 equals
74.50580596923828125Gb
That is 6gb missing!

Also but not sure, but if this slave was once a master it may not show up the root drive used when the master.

Also you could try re formatting the disk that should help
