What are you getting? It might be a problem with NTL, they do have this problem sometimes.

the page starts to load then it stops completely

The link VoG™ sent loaded within 3 seconds for me

I must admit, I've got to keep refreshing the page three or four times to get it to load fully, it seems to get stuck loading the last image and that is trying two browsers.

yes did all that, this was initially a completely clean install.i can get to the kodak homepage through the links inside the program, but i can go no further, from a search on google,it starts to load then just stops.it's driving me mad !!

I recall having this same problem, I never ever resolved it, I was also on NTL, It just would not load the page. I contacted Kodak with no success and also NTL. I came to the conclusion that NTL for some reason was blocking the Software but I do not know why this should be.

I case it is an NTL problem, try setting up another proxy to use instead of the one that you are on at the moment, this site tells you how to do it click here
