Can't access ntlworld emails

My ISP is BT and I use my email address for most of my incoming and outgoing emails. However, before BT I had NTL as my ISP and I used a email address when I was setting up my business and all my business cards had this address on it. As I still get emails to this old address I need to check it on a regular basis. Up until last week I have been doing so with no problem, I just logged on in the Virgin Media email sign in page. Now all I get is a message saying that my password is no longer recognised. I tried contacting Virgin Media with no joy whatsoever. Please help.

I wouldn't expect Virgin Media to maintain your email box for more than a month or two after closing your account with them. How long is it since you transferred to BT? My guess is that your out of luck.
