Canon Camcorder

I need an XP driver for my Canon MV650i. Can anyone help please.
I have the WIA driver but need the twain one.

On Xp I wouldn't have thought you need the driver as I understood that they were "built in" (but then again I could be completely wrong!).

It appears that the new Mesh computer I have does not have a DV connection for my Camcorder.
It connects for 'still' pics by USB. But it wont connect for use with Movies - ie Pinnacle or Windows Movie Maker.
I am still looking for a solution.

If your Mesh doesn't have a Firewire connection, then you will probably need to buy and install a Firewire PCI card. click here

I would agree with the suggestion that you need a firewire card. A search of the Canon site suggests that only still pictures can be downloaded via USB.

Mesh could not solve this problem.

However after much help from you all I simply connected to a firewire socket using a Firewire to DV 4pin.
