cannot search for web pages.

I used to be able to search for a web page by typing in one key word in the address bar but now all I get is Page not available but if I have the
full www. address I get the page ok. I am using Win ME. Any suggestions please. Meshuga.

In Internet Explorer, Tools/Internet Options, Advanced tab, scroll down to the Search section and tick what you want it to do.

From your browser click on 'tools' then 'internet options' then go to the advanced tab, from there tick the box that says 'when searching from the address bar just go to the most likely site'.

Many thanks VoG and jojo_1. Have enabled "Go to
most likely site" Will see how it go`s but that will be tomorrow. Thanks both for coming up
