Just looked at a pc that cannot save with word. Get error message disc is full. All other office programs work fine.

The pc has been recently restored it is windows xp professional.

I tried to repair and also uninstall owrd but wouldn't let me just kept coming up with different error messages.

I looked on the microsoft website and found a solution to this error message but cannot understand the solution. I have pasted the page here.

Is it easier just to do a restore and then reload office?

  hargranules 18:58 07 Apr 2006

A non-Microsoft application that is installed on your computer uses an outdated kernel-mode filter driver.
• A third-party file system filter driver interferes with other filter drivers.

How do I find out what filter is interferring.

I am really unsure on the whole problem any help would be great!!!
