I have a Canon Smartbase MPC200. When I first installed SP2 the printer would not work at all until Canon published a patch. I am not blaming SP2, but I now find that, whilst "normal" office applications print fine, whenever I try to print from the web I get the message "Unable to communicate with the printer" and a suggestion that I restart the MP service and try to reconnect the printer. If I copy the web page to Word, no problem with printing.
Where should I look to start tracking down this problem, please?
