Can you install to much memory?

Greetings, I have a Tiny Notebook (A360) which originally had 2 X 128 memory installed. I have recently replaced 1 of the 128 memory with a 256 memory to now have a system with 384 memory. All running fine. The question I need answering is can I install too much memory for this notebook.

The manual should detail how much memory may be installed.

I would suspect that you can go to 2 x 256MB at least.

There is a limit to the amount of RAM that you can install on any motherboard.

Not knowing the details of your laptop I would suggest that you go to click here site and run their system scanner. It will tell you what's installed on your computer and the maximum you can install.
