Hi,
Just a quick one, Can you have to many firewalls active on your Laptop ??
BT Broadband Option 2 (Has enhanced security they say)
Linksys WAG54GS Firewall active
Zone Labs Firewall active.
NAV Firewall Disabled.
Windows XP SP 2 Disabled.
Connected Laptop via built in WLAN.
I ask as i experiance connection speeds between 54Mbps and as low as 1Mbps and total loss on occasion.
BT done line test's on 3 seperate occasions saying i have no issues with my line..
One last thought i did uptil tonight have a extension from my master socket to the Router which was approx 30 ft long, But i have removed that to see what the result will be, Currently sitting @ 54Mbps but how long that will last who knows !!!!
Ta all

Er, yes! You should have ONE firewall per client. But as far as i can tell from your post, you have one client firewall and the host firewall, so you have no cause for concern.
