Does anyone know how to stop about 50 songs that I have loaded onto my computer from cds constantly loading onto my desktop everytime I start my computer please.

Is the desktop the location that you placed the 50 songs?

You could try this:

Right click on your desktop, from the menu choose NEW then FOLDER, this will now have created a folder on your desktop, you can rename the folder to say for example suedeblue music, after doing this move the 50 or so songs from your desktop to this folder.

Taking FatboySlim71's suggestion a step further, you could if you wish, then move that folder into your My Music folder.

Thanks FatboySlim71 and Technotiger. I'll give it a try and see what happens.

I put the songs into a folder and saved it to my music, but they still load onto the desktop when I restart my computer.

As long as you have the folder with the songs in your My Music folder, you can delete all those on your desktop.

I have just tried that Technotiger, but they still came back to the desktop.

Verrry strange ... right-click on one of the music items and look at Properties, tell us what you see.

I meant to add - one of those on the Desktop.
