I am able to move e-mails to archive folders - but is there a way to copy them to CDROM? I can't seem to see it!

Thanks

click here - is this what you want?

Generally, backup what is there and then copy the backup file to the net.

Copy the whole .pst file - this has all your Outlook data in it. If you have several copy them all.

To find - search for *.pst

Go to click here and follow the directions to 'Copy Mail Files to a Backup Folder'

Then you can burn the folder to a CD-r, not sure if this would work in reverse when trying to import the files from the CD-r you might have to use a cd-rw.
