we are novices & in trying to move things into my D drive today, we managed to completely lose Outlook. Thank heavens for Carbonite & their remote access, which brought it back to life in about an hour!!!
I'm nervous about doing this after all the troubles we had tonight...Do you think if I take it to a PC shop/Pc world it is the kind of thing they can do & I won't lose any data (excuse my ignorance)
Then consider the purchase of an external Hard drive- or even a pack of CD's and move files from 'C' drive for storage there, thus freeing up space. Best to leave 'D' well alone - one you have had it checked out.
