Can I install Office 2003 AND 2002

  linden 09:08 18 Nov 2006

The customers I deal with use versions of Office ( and Windows ! ) from old to new. I used a dual boot for a while but not very successfully.

My PC now has Windows XP professional and Office 2002.
Can I install Office 2003 and still be able to use 2002, enabling me to answer questions on either?

I have two versions of Publisher successfully on at present

Hope someone can advise.

although there are several small issues which may arise - none of them serious.

The rule is that you must install the earlier version of Office first, but you've already done that.

The other thing to bear in mind that a document will automatically open in the version of Office in which it was created, provided that version is running. If you click on an Office 2002 doc when only Office 2003 is running the file will open in 2003.
