Can I get a more suitable Graphics card?

I am thinking about upgrading my graphics card for my Evesham PC. I currently have a 32MB Geforce2/GTS. I know I could upgrade it to a 64MB or 128MB but would I get the most out of it regarding the spec of my computer? I spec is: 850 Athlon processor and 256mb RAM. Would I be getting the full potential of a 128MB graphics card or would a 64MB suffice? (obviuosly I don't want to waste money!.

Also, are there other compatability issues I should know about?

Get a 64MB card and and an extra 256 MB RAM then you'll see a differenece.

128MB card would help but more RAM and a 64 MB card would be the better deal - if the price is right of course.
