can i choose which cookies NOT to delete

I have just figured out how to save cookies from deletion through Windows Cleanup! and CCleaner but how do I stop certain cookies that I want kept permanatly through my web browser , tools>internet options> i then see Delete Cookies but is there an option so that I can Allow the ones I want to save ?

start, settings, internet options, privacy, sites then allow the ones you want.

They're not bad.

If you use CCleaner click here and/or Cleanup click here they give the facility to select which cookies to keep when all others are removed.

The only other way would be to delete them one by one from the cookies folder in Documents and Settings.
