can I access this file or should he send it again?

Hi. I'm secretary for a committee and emailed a form (in word) to one member for him to fill in and send back (via Hotmail) That bit worked, I know, cos he emailed back, saying 'hope this will be ok'. He's obviously downloaded my form, filled it in and clicked on 'reply' button, but there is no attachment. If I then click on 'reply' there is an attachment (presumably my original which he's altered) but I don't know how to get it back as the only option is delete. Can I access my original file to see if it's been filled in or do I have to tell him to download it, fill it in, save it and then attach it to a new email? If you 'reply' or 'forwar' emails with the attachment, is the attachment not automatically sent? (Or am I missing something?)

I think because its a word doc he needs to reattatch after hes filled it in.

I've had problems with Hotmail deleting attachments. Try using another email service.
