I have realy had it with tiscali, I have been tiscali for years. My BB is fine but I can't send E-Mail, I have checked all my settings and everithing is in working fine, I have no probs recieving but about 1 in 4 mail actualy get sent. When I try to phone them I am waiting ages, when I mail them the reply is how to set the pop3 and smtp servers. I have had enough. All I want is 1mb bb. Any sugestions?

I signed up with UKOnline (part of EasyNet who are in the process of being bought by BSkyB) when they started 9.99 per month (it was 512k then). Generally works fine, although I've had a couple of hiccups along the way (such as, out of the blue, having to specify the DNS addresses when they are supposed to be server assigned and had previously worked OK as server assigned).

Whenever I have checked the download speed it has always been in excess of the rated speed (unlike many other ISPs).

I also know the PlusNet has v. good reputation.
