Can Anybody help with this question

The Question: Personal computer equipment has a specification, which lists the parameters for safe and reliable operation of the equipment. What are the recommendations for:

1)Temperature

2)Humidity

3)Radio or Electro Magnetic Interference

4)Mains Power Noise

5)Explain why these recommendations are required

can anybody help me or point me in the right direction for the answers

It may be better to list what equipment you are looking for info on, the term "Personal computer equipment" is a broad spectrum of stuff and not all have the same peramaters for safe operation.
Most of the stuff is just common sence answers anyway,and different suppliers/manufactures may have differing opinions on the "safe" operation of a particular item.

Apart from the fact that such requirements would apply to many types of equipment, owners of personal computer systems used in the average home environment are unlikely to be affected.
