Hi, I've got a C & w router which has been working fine for a couple of years.Since Wednesday when I try to browse to websites i get the IE message connection not available.The router has adsl light, power, WAN lights lit, there is an AST or ACT light which blinks very sporadically.Phoneline is working fine, Virgin Broadband via BT line.. Virgin reckon there are no issues at their end.One issue is I can't remember how to browse to the router from my PC.Any help gratefully accepted.Jeff
Forgot to say, I've rebooted PC several times, pulled power on router etc....
You would need to open a browser window and type in the IP address for the administration window of your router, 192.168.0.1?
Any particular troubleshooting I should go through?At the moment the PC is connected to the router via Homeplug through the mains, all 3 lights are active on this.J
