I have now found that a noise I am getting on the PC is coming from the CPU Fan.
The Fan is a JAMICON 12v Rotary DC Fan, Brushless. ModelJF0510B1M.

Are there any complications in replacing this item.

Replace ASAP before it fails and fries your CPU.

they are sometimes held on by clips and sometimes by screws. The cable either goes to the motherboard or has a plug and socket to pick up from a drive power supply. If the first case note where it goes and which colour is which. Please close your previous motor running query and if possible stick to the same one.

They usually come attached to the heatsink, but some fans can be detached.
