Building a server

Hi, I have to build a server for my work place - dedicated servers are too expensive and more than we need. I have built desktop machines before but nothing that favours stability and reliabilty over performance. The machine will be serving 5-10 users,
no dedicated web or email functions. I am thinking along the lines of a Socket939/940/AM2 motherboard and Opteron CPU, 2GB memory, 2 SATA HDs (probably Seagate, 5 year guarantee) in a RAID1 configuration, Windows Server 2003. I already have a large server tower case.Any suggestions regarding particularly reliable makes/manufacturers would be very welcome.
