wonder if anyone could help.
My son had upgraded his PC from Windows 98 to XP.
He is now unable to access internet. He is using BT Broadband.
He has also installed Norton Antivirus and Firewall.
Could this be causing the problem.
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks

Probably the modem now requires WinXP drivers to work. These are, I believe, available from the BT Broadband website.

BT bb Basic is not compatible with win 98, so to go on to win XP new drivers might have to be sourced from BT for use on XP. Alan
