Hi there.
I need some help, I need to change a port on the voyager but it asks me for username and password. Now problem is I havent got any idea that I set on up. Ive had this thing a while now. I've tried all accounts and passwords that I can remember.
Is there a default one for this thing? Or have you any idea how I can get this?
Please help
Many thanks
Mazz x

The default user is admin, as is the default password.

If all else fails, reset the modem to defaults, which will include the passwords, and set it up again. You should be able to see and note down most of the settings before resetting it.

Resetting your BT Voyager 2100 to factory default
Note: This will reset your BT Voyager 2100 to default settings "as new". Use if you have lost your Configuration Manager "admin" password or your wireless security settings or if you are having problems connecting to your BT Voyager 2100 and want to start installation again.

1 Ensure your BT Voyager 2100 is switched ON (Power light green)
2 Locate the Reset pin hole at the back of the BT Voyager
3 Insert a paper clip or other thin object to press the button insider
4 Keep the button pressed 10 seconds until the Diag light switches on. Your BT Voyager 2100 will reboot
5 Restart your computer
