bt voyager

Can somebody please advise me on BT Voyager software. When I turned my pc on this afternoon I had the two red lights. So I phoned AOL and they went through the usual (check the phone lines etc.etc.etc.) I then phoned a computer man whom I have spent over £120 with in the last couple of weeks. Anyway when I put my mouse over the red lights it said BT modem not responding. Well the computer man told me I needed the BT Voyager disk (which I haven't got.) How do I get one. Somebody told me you can download one - (from where.) Anyway I eventually got back on line by unplugging my modem and plugging it in again. Any suggestions. Thanks Ann

If your Broadband provider is AOL then the downloadable drivers are of no use to you. You will need the original software/driver CD as supplied by AOL.
