Does anyone know the difference between BT OPENWORLD and BT BROADBAND?, apparent one is £2 more expensive than the other

BT OPENWORLD is a web based resource you cannot purchase (as in ISP). BT BROADBAND is a product you may purchase. To the customer they are almost synonymous.

Basically with Openworld you get an email address plus full contents (like a magazine), with BT Broadband you don't get an email address and only links to other internet sites.

BT Broadband is "wires only". You get the connection of the phone line EVERYTHING else is your responsibility. Not a good deal unless you REALLY know what you're doing. The mere fact that you're asking the question means it isn't suitable for you!;-)
