BT Broadband telling me Outlook has a problem NO

BT Broaband Desktop Help keeps popping up a dialogue box telling me I have a problem with my Outlook e-mail and would I like it to be fixed. This now occurs on two separate PC's. I click on "Ignore" and Outlook works OK anyway. Anyone come across this?

isp software seems to be more trouble than it's worth most of the time.unless there is an upgrade to a newer version of help or anything in your settings to stop the help popups i think i would uninstall the bt broadband desktop help.

Agree... uninstall it IMO and let Windows look after network connections itself.

Realised that this only occured when I had two PC's side by side displaying my Outlook being open at the same time.
