yep, that's total data transfer up/down...

i got the btyahoo 1MB and have a 30GB cap per month which i have well exceeded already without error...

good alternative was Pipex click here but credit card only payment for first 6 months... :~(

I do sent a few e-mails and the odd pic now and again, looking for bband thats not 2 expensive and does not require a credit card for payment, direct debit/standing order are my only options

forgot to add I use the internet approx 49 hours a week, also possibly a provider that gives free connection and modem

May end up with BT's nxt payment option

try talktalk £24.99 no limits and free phonecalls evenings after 6pm and all weekends. they provide modem and filters free and paid by direct debit. by the way that's 1mb download
