Browser will not display all .com sites

Hi
I am currently with BT Total Broadband and with some .com sites the browser defaults to .co.uk sites. ie click here defaults to .co.uk site.

Does anyone know how I can get the .com website to display.

Google your site and try a few of the answers. I found, eventually, one which did not default.

Yes but for me its the .com address not co.uk.

Yes its the same site .co.uk. The .com site will show prices in $ which make the hotel rooms in New York upto £150 cheaper than the uk site.
Also Google will only display .co.uk and not .com

What I don't understand is some .com sites will be displayed like sky, BT, BritishAirways to name a few. I just wonder if there is something underhanded going on with price fixing with some companies. Like lets rip of the British.
