Hi Everyone, I have Sky Connect Broadband. I usually get around 1.0 to 1.5 MBPS. Over the last week I now only get around 0.32 KBPS. Anybody have any advice?

Try re-booting your Router.

Have tried that

Always worth a try
From a command prompt (run as admin) type,
ipconfig /flushdns and press enter
This will flush the DNS cache Then type,
net stop dnscache and press enter
followed by,
net start dnscache and press enter.

I switched to Sky in Juneand have been having terrible connection speeds all the time.
I contacted them after two weeks and they wanted me to run some tests.
1.2 Mid Day between 12 - 4 pm (off peak)
2.2 tests in evening between 6 - 10 pm (on peak)
3.2 Early morning between 1am and 6 am (off peak) and sending me a new router, they have finaly agreed that there is a fault on the line and will look into it. I am waiting for a call back tomorrow.

No difference rawprawn.

degssie have phoned Sky. They said that they will boost the speed.

When we say reboot the Router, its not just turn it off then back on. You need to wait at least three minutes before turning it back on

Will wait as Sky is speeding up my connection.
