Always worth a try From a command prompt (run as admin) type, ipconfig /flushdns and press enter This will flush the DNS cache Then type, net stop dnscache and press enter followed by, net start dnscache and press enter.
I switched to Sky in Juneand have been having terrible connection speeds all the time. I contacted them after two weeks and they wanted me to run some tests. 1.2 Mid Day between 12 - 4 pm (off peak) 2.2 tests in evening between 6 - 10 pm (on peak) 3.2 Early morning between 1am and 6 am (off peak) and sending me a new router, they have finaly agreed that there is a fault on the line and will look into it. I am waiting for a call back tomorrow.
