I have had broadband, through Pipex, for about four months. Everything was fine until the last few weeks when I started getting the message "Cannnot Find Dial Tone" on an intermittent basis. Sometimes it works fine for a few days, then goes again.
I have contacted both BT and Pipex. BT say the line is fine, Pipex have suggested various things including a new filter, use a corded phone, move any mains lines away, don't use an extension cord etc. I have tried all of these, but the problem persists - anyone out there have any suggestions?
