I recently changed from dial up to broad band and while it works OK for a relatively short time the connection gradually loses speed and then comes to a complete stop. The only way to reconnect is to close the machine down, re start and then re connect. I've tried a replacement modem, calls to the call centre (waste of time / money)and been informed that everything appears OK 'their end'.
Could my PC be the problem? The PC is a six year old Evesham using ME.
