Broadband options on BT line

Waitrose have been my ISP for a while now but more often than not over the last few weeks, I have not had an ADSL connection. Waitrose use a BT line and am I right in thinking that if I change my ISP to another company who also use a BT line my connection will not improve. I have swapped filters, checked connections etc but with no avail. Some days I have a connection, and some not.

I have read good things about O2, but they also use a BT line. Thanks

Why not try and see what BT say your connection should be

Then if you sign up with BT it is their problem

Changing ISP's would be a good thing I reckon.

Can you post your full line stats up for us to see??

What does samknows say you can get your exchange??

With 02 you would be using IP Stream service they operate better with LLU.

I am with BT up to 8 MB, I consistently get 7MB, my neighbour is on the same BT line but uses AOL Max 8MB but only gets 2MB on a good day. He has complained but so far they have not fixed it.
I have no complaints at all about BT's srvice.

What do Waitrose say about it?
