Broadband Installer reboot helper

  Squonkydonkey 16:14 13 Jan 2007

This error message, followed by "please insert your broadband installer cd back into the cd so that installation may continue", comes up when I first log on.
I click on close and the PC runs ok. It happened after I set up my PCs on a network. I reinstalled ntl broadband on my system and no probs with broadband. I've tried inserting the cd a number of times, but no joy. The message has been appearing for a while and does not seem to cause any probs, but its bugging me as I can't seem to get rid.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi VoG
Thanks for the reply. I check all my entries in start up against the list and everything is as it should be, so no joy. But its a useful tip and i'll pass it on to my neighbour whose laptop takes forever to load up.
Any othrt thoughts
