Can someone tell me if there is somewhere to complain if you are unhappy with your broadband provider. I am with Tiscali and for the past two weeks my service and been on and off like a set of traffic lights, more off than on! thanks in anticipation
I have had the same problem for weeks, I had problems with BT, my line was tested etc, they said everything was OK. They even charged me £99 for the privlege. I got in touch with Tiscali technical support, they were very good. They problems have stopped, so why not give them an email. Sconedd
Yes I have contacted Tiscali and all they say is someone will ring you back but they never do. I am suppose to be getting up to 8mg but rearly get above 1mg. thanks for all the help will contact offcom. Am currently at work so will have to wait. thanks again
Thanks for all your help. After hours on the phone to Tiscali's head office here in England and lots of mad words with them and 72 hours without the internet I am now back on the net, but I will not hold my breath.
