I have a computer that is running an intel pentium 2 processer at 350MHz with ram of 256 is it possible to run broadband and if so what would be my minimun or maximum download

Yes, you could enjoy broadband, but you will need a USB port to allow the use of the modem.

The CPU is fast enough to run BB up to 2MB and downloads will not be restricted (apart from if you get a capped service rather than an unlimited service).

Even a 2GB cap (if a cap is applicable) would be more than ample for your requirements.

Or if cable ISP a LAN port would be better.
