I have no idea who to talk to in Blueyonder? Or what to say to them any suggestions?

Are you trying to send them an attached file? Some servers get a bit twitchy on certain types of attachments. I have had something similar and had to zip the file prior to sending.

just to expand on Valvegrid, there is a limit with some ISPs as to the size of a file which can be downloaded via e-mail, if this was the case then you may have to either Zip the file or split it into smaller files.

i regularly send e-mails to Virginia usa with no problems, however last week i tried to send an attached file 1.08MB, it was bounced back to me as not able to send.

Perhaps there is some 'security risk' safeguard in motion, with the possibility of pending terrorist activities.
