Boot system driver error

  ACOLYTE 12:06 28 Jul 2005

I have been getting this error

"The following boot-start or system start driver(s) failed to load: atapi PCIIde"

i checked on the microsoft site through the event viewer and it say on there that

"The specified drivers did not load correctly. The driver might not be in the expected location".

It also asks me to do this:

User Action
Do all of the following:

Verify that the drivers are configured correctly.
Verify that the computer is running the most current version of the drivers.

This is all very well but i cant find the driver in question,i dont know how to configure them if i could and i dont know what version of the driver i have.

There are no knowledge base links for help on this so can someone shed a light on where this driver may be and what its uses are.
