does anyone know how I can obtain a packard bell
computer boot CD and a floppy disk from these come with the computer I have lost mine, many

Hi There
many thanks to those of you that have
tried to help me with my dead computer problem,
I found out that it may be my harddrive is not working, how can I check this out? can anyone give me any advice on this many thanks for any help given.

If you have reached a:
Then you have sucessfully booted from a floppy disk.

type help and press enter for further commands.

type c:\ and press enter it should now show

c:
type dir and press enter a list of all the files and folders on your hard drive should appear if this happens then your hard drive is ok.

all you may ned is to repair the windows start up files.
