hi my packard bell ixtreme 6111 computer keeps turning off because of the blueyonder modemi have down loaded the full up date for the modem driver but when i went to load it from the disk it wanted a password ???????????can anyone help
stick to the drivers on ur blueyonder install disk, they do work. If you are having problems with the modem call telewest and they will replace it free of charge
Have you tried the Blueyonder Instant Support Tool?I had no problem updating the drivers. Was there a 'hiccup' with your download?
no hic upsblueyonder know of this problemand have put new drivers on the neti down load the driversbut they dont seem to install ok ??
Always found Telewest Tech Support engineers to be most helpful.Can only suggest you contact them again.
