Hi all, my cousin's just installed blueyonder dial up but can't connect. We called the helpline to check settings, which were ok and were told the modem must be at fault. Device Manager said the modem's working properly but we took it out and reseated it anyway just in case.
It's an old PC (P2, WinMe) but I used blueyonder broadband OK with external modem. The previous owner had a yahoo connection with the internal modem so it has been OK but not used for sometime. How can we check whether the modem is working properly?
